The Kansas Insurance Department has Transitioned to the State Based System (SBS)

On Tuesday January 11, 2022, the State of Kansas Insurance Department Individual and Agency Licensing has transitioned to State Based Systems (SBS), a web-based NAIC application that supports state insurance regulation functions.
